Manufactured from custom-spec, ultra high quality vacuum melt steel. Each flange is fully shot peened to maximize strength and fatigue resistance. All bearing and sealing surfaces are ground for accuracy, and the CV mounting face and register are ground to provide concentricity and a proper fit. As a final touch, pockets are machined into the CV mounting face to provide CV ball clearance and reduce weight.
