Mis-shipments, Item shortages and Damaged Goods
Mis-shipments, item shortages, and damaged goods must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of the actual delivery date of the shipment. Claims not reported within the specified time frame will not be investigated or processed.
Company check acceptance and/or "Net 15" payment terms may be established after a credit application is approved. Contact our Accounts Receivable Department for more information. Any open accounts with balances not paid within 30 days will be considered delinquent.
Past Due Accounts
Any accounts with balances not paid in full within 45 days of the invoice date are subject to immediate credit hold. If your account is on credit hold, no orders will be shipped until a payment plan has been accepted by Weddle Industries. In any event, regardless of payment history, Weddle Industries reserves the right to suspend or alter credit terms, require payment in advance, or take other actions to secure payment. A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be added to unpaid balances after 45 days from date of invoice.
Prices subject to change without notice
Weddle Industries' prices are subject to change without notice at any time, including (without limitation) between the date of buyer's order and the date of shipment. Buyer shall be liable for the prices in effect on the date of shipment.
Orders can be prepaid with a major credit card or we can ship your order by UPS C.O.D. You will need to have a certified bank check or money order made payable to Weddle Industries for the full amount of your order when it arrives. International orders cannot be shipped C.O.D.
Product Design Changes and Discontinued Items
Weddle Industries reserves the right to discontinue the sale of a product or to amend the design of any item at will, without liability to improve or repurchase products previously sold or delivered.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. A Weddle Industries sales representative must be notified before any returns are accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form that can be downloaded here.
All returns must be received within 45 days of the invoice date and a copy of the original invoice must be included. RETURN ITEMS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION. No credit will be given for items that have been installed or items that appear used or damaged in any way (cosmetic damage included). Special order items and obsolete items will not be accepted for return credit.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 minimum service charge and may result in the suspension of credit terms and/or the placement of the account on credit hold.
Weddle Industries distributes products from many top manufacturers worldwide and it is our goal to provide excellent quality parts to our customers. If, at the time of sale, you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you purchase from us, we may, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a refund. However WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS WE SELL. WE ASSUME NO OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS, EXCEPT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SALE, TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ONLY THE PARTS THAT WE SUPPLY, IF UPON OUR INSPECTION, THEY APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY INSTALLED, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABUSED OR USED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEIR INTENDED APPLICATION, AND ARE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEDDLE INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INCONVENIENCE ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE INSTALLATION OF THESE PARTS, OR FOR THE INABILITY TO INSTALL OR USE SAID PARTS.
