Weddle Industries offers two versions of the VW 094 Selector Shaft Seal: part number 020-141-733 (early version with no garter spring) and 020-141-733-D (later version with external garter spring). Either style seal can be used, depending on builder preference. Both versions are high quality reproductions of the original factory parts, which are now obsolete from VW.

Tech Tip: To prevent damage to the sealing lip, we recommend installing the replacement seal after the selector shaft is in place. This will require a deep socket or some other suitable tube shaped tool for installation.
