Increased strength, longer wear. Factory  Arctic Cat Wildcat XX differentials featuring 2-spider gears are a common failure point. Two spider gears alone cannot handle the loads created from driving over rough terrain.

The Weddle Industries 4-spider gear Arctic Cat Super Differential greatly improves strength by distributing the load across additional gear teeth, thus reducing the load on each tooth. This reduces the chance of tooth cracking and extends the life of the spider and side gears.

Improved ring & pinion gear positioning allows for better lubrication and gear lash. The location of the ring gear in the factory Arctic Cat Wildcat  Diff Carrier does not allow for proper spacing between the ring and pinion gear teeth. This accelerates wear and causes  eventual failure. The Weddle Super Diff corrects this issue by properly repositioning the ring gear within the assembly. This allows for gear lash adjustments via shims under the carrier bearing. 

Factory diff locking function retained. The Weddle Super Diff retains the factory diff locking function to help drive the front tires over obstacles and other extreme terrain. 

Note: The Weddle Super Diff kit requires a minimum of two additional spider gears to complete the assembly (Weddle part number ARC-3333-023-X). Use with Weddle Billet Sidecover Kit for the ultimate in strength and reliability. (Weddle part number ARC-3333-017-HD-KIT or ARC-3333-058-HD-KIT))
