VW 094 4-SPEED RACE TRANS, COMPLETE (ANY WEDDLE R&P, ANY WEDDLE 1ST-4TH, NO CORE CHARGE)
Heavy duty 094 Vanagon transaxle. As a performance transaxle, the 1984 and later VW Vanagon (094) has serious advantages over the earlier 002 and 091 Bus transaxles. The most obvious is a full size reverse gear. Back up your car on a trailer or reverse out of a hole with confidence. Another advantage of the 094 is ease of assembly. No shift jig necessary.
In the past, the shift linkage position kept the 094 from being used more often. We have solved this issue with the Weddle Forward Facing Solid Shift Linkage Assembly, which is fully compatible with existing VW shifters.
