'72+ VW TYPE 2 INPUT SHAFT, LONG SNOUT (298MM OVERALL LENGTH), AFTERMARKET. NOTE: THE LONG SNOUT INPUT SHAFT IS FOR VEHICLES WITH VW TYPE 4 OR WATERBOXER ENGINES ONLY.
CAUTION: This input shaft is designed for vehicles with VW Type 4 or Waterboxer engines only. The longer snout may bottom out in the crankshaft and cause failure if used with other types of engines.
