These gear sets are manufactured to ISO 9001/2008 quality standards from billet high-grade proprietary spec material. All tooth profiles are designed with strength and durability in mind. All gears are heat treated and shot peened for increased performance and durability.

Heavy Duty K-Series Set includes: 1-4 gears (1st gear straight cut. 2-4 helical cut, synchromesh) and primary shaft. Available ratios:

• HON-KGK-4A: 3.00 / 2.00 / 1.47 / 1.10

• HON-KGK-4B: 2.93 / 1.70 / 1.19 / 0.93

Tech Tip: OEM Honda transmissions have a single or dual synchro 3rd gear assembly option. The HD Honda K Series gear set has been developed and optimized for the single synchro version. Dual cone trans conversion parts can be purchased direct from Honda (part # 23444-PPT-315).
