FORGED HEAVY DUTY PINION BEARING RETAINER PLATE, FOR EARLY VW 4-BOLT CASE
Heavy duty replacement. Made from forged 4140 steel, then heat-treated and precision machined. Significantly stronger and more bend resistant than the stock VW part.

'61-'69 VW Type 1, '61-'67 VW Type 2 (Early VW transaxles with a 4-bolt case)
