NEW Oil-Impregnated Clutch Shaft Bushings
Heavy duty, hard-to-find replacements. Now available from Weddle Industries, super durable, oil-impregnated bronze bushings for VW Type1, 002, 091 and 094 gearboxes. Factory VW bushings have long since been discontinued and unlike other aftermarket clutch shaft bushings, heavy duty Weddle bushings won’t crush or distort when used with hydraulic slave cylinders and extreme clutch clamping pressures.
Instead of plain brass, we made the Weddle bushings from a high quality oil filled bronze material that is self lubricating to provide a zero maintenance setup. And, unlike plain brass bushings, our oil-impregnated bushings won’t seize up when exposed to moisture or when the vehicle sits unused for long periods of time.
Application:
Weddle part # 9024: Early VW Type 1
and 002 Bus transaxles with a 16mm diameter clutch cross shaft. Replaces VW part # 113-141-707-B and 113-141-721 (rubber bushings are eliminated from the assembly).
Weddle part # 9025: Late VW Type 1,
091 Bus, 094 Vanagon; MD4/MD5, S4/S5, S4D/S5D transaxles with 20mm diameter cross shaft. Replaces VW part # 113-141-707-C and 113-141-721-A (rubber bushings are eliminated from the assembly).
