Here at Weddle Industries we pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail. Our goal is to answer every phone call and get your order shipped out correctly the same day we receive it. That means phone orders, tech calls, and order processing take precedence over just about everything else. Unfortunately, emails usually fall into that "everything else" category, which means it's not uncommon for an email to go a couple of days (or more) with no reply. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Your email is important to us and you WILL get a response, we just ask that you be patient. If you have an urgent question or need an order to go out immediately, we can do that, but please CALL in those situations. We answer the phone Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific time.
